The second edition of the Zoomit Meetup brought over a thousand ticket-holding readers to Tehran for live panels and a sponsor exhibition — turning the Qalam community's digital engagement into a physical experience.

This year’s Zoomit Meetup sold out. Every seat in the main hall was taken before the programme began, and attendees — all of them holding paid tickets — were in the networking space hours before the opening.

The programme ran in three strands: live panel discussions on the main stage, an exhibition floor for commercial sponsors, and an open Q&A between the newsroom and its readers. The Qalam studio team handled multi-camera video coverage of the event.

Stage, branding and sponsors

A purpose-built stage design with an overhead light ring set the event’s visual identity. Sponsor brands appeared along the visitor route as booths, backdrops and environmental branding — a format that lets a brand engage its target community directly.

A physical, enthusiastic turnout — with readers paying for their tickets — signals a deeper kind of trust than any pageview number.
